We screen print t shirts and other garments for fashion, sports clubs, organisations, special events, small or large business. We use both manual and automatic screen printing carousels so can print runs as small as 15 units, up to 1000+.
With over 30 years in this industry we know what we are doing. From simple 1 colour prints to full colour printing of photographs onto t-shirts. We set ourselves very high standards of quality and service.
Our lead time for screen printing is 7 - 10 business days from final artwork approval.

Example of a 4 colour process print on a white base.
1. There is one screen for each colour; White, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black (CMYK).
2. Our carousels hold 6 t-shirts at a time, each is printed one at a time.
3. We start by printing a smooth white base for the colours to sit on.
4. Next is yellow.
5. Magenta follows.
6. Cyan completes the colours.
7. Black adds definition.
8. Completed print.
The shirt then goes through a drier on a conveyor belt which cures the ink and makes the print permanent.

Art and Design
We can work from just about anything! However to keep your costs down we ask that you supply your artwork as a vector file. This can be supplied to us by email or usb.

Colours
We can match any colour by using the Pantone Matching System (PMS). Follow this link to a full PMS colour chart and choose the colour you would like, all we need is the number. Or bring in a sample colour and we can match that. Colour Chart Link |
Once we have received artwork and all necessary information from you we will email you the image and details so that you can confirm we have everything right.
