Frequently asked questions
What is your minimum order?
Our minimum quantity is 15. This can be made up of a variety of garments but all branding must be the same design (at the same size) and in the same or similar location on each garment.
How much does it cost?
Screen printing prices are determined by several factors - number of colours, total quantity, size of print and garment fabric.
Embroidery prices are calculated based on how many stitches are needed per logo, total quantity and garment type.
Digital transfers are priced based on size of print, and garment type.
How long does it take?
Our lead time is 7 - 10 business days from final artwork approval. If you require your garments for a specific date please let us know when you place your order.
What is the process of placing an order?
Send us an email with an image of your design along with a description of size, placement, how many garments there will be, and what those garments are (eg. tees, sweats, caps, bags) including size range and colour. We will then get back to you with a quote.
Do you supply the tshirts (or other garments)?
We have a huge selection of garments available from a range of suppliers which we sell at wholesale rates. We do not carry stock in our factory, but we place orders most days or as required.
Can I supply my own garments to be printed?
Yes you can supply your own garments, but we will often ask to check them first to ensure they are suitable. We charge a small handling fee.
How should I supply my design?
We prefer to work from vector based images as they will achieve the best end result. However some images are not able to be vector, eg. full colour photo or bitmap artwork.
The following file types are usually best;
Single colour or spot colour printing - .pdf, .ai, .cdr.
Process printing or digital transfers - pdf, .ai, .cdr, .psd, .png.
Embroidery - .pdf, .ai, .cdr.
